06/17/20 Wednesday Group Tasting Notes
- (FRANCE ALSACE) 12.5%. Some SO2 nasal scratch. Vinous./ Mild varietal acid so pretty flat and boring, so maybe sulphur suppressed. One group member described it as 'true to varietal; well made.' So I guess it benefitted from aeration. 15.4+.
