U.S. Newly Available 12/17
Parker 96/100. My notes: It smells like a To Kalon, the epitome of Oakville cabernet. It reminds me of the Robert Mondavi To Kalons and scattered others I've tasted over the years. Talk about a wine of place. Extremely well crafted as always at Alpha Omega. This allows the terroir to come through. No heavy hand of the winemaker./ Yeah, graceful, perfectly proportioned. Cabernet of place...all over the place. 97+/100.

U.S. Newly Available 12/17
Parker 98/100. My notes: Well, that's a firmer, darker, blacker take. More reclusive. The distinction is perfectly clear./ Good oak aging. It's a little more apparent here because the fruit is more compact. Definitely a firmer specimen. Good terroir. The oak is well managed. Cellar time is needed. 95+/100.

(N121718-108) 13 ALPHA OMEGA THE DEBATE MISSOURI HOPPER VINEYARD NAPA VALLEY CABERNET SAUVIGNON SOLD AS PART OF A 3-BOTTLE SET ONLY  $134.95
U.S. Newly Available 12/17
Parker 95+./100. My notes: A different creature again. Seems sweeter as from a slightly warmer zone. Unlike the Dr. Crane, it has a lot of forward appeal. But not quite the charm and discretion of the To Kalon. Boy, it really delivers./ Has more weight and texture than the others. The Dr. Crane is deeper, the To Kalon more elegant. I'm struggling to make comparisons with Haut Medoc appellations. 96+/100.

FRANCE BORDEAUX Newly Available 12/17
Vinous 93: 'The 2014 Bonalgue is ripe, racy and voluptuous, all of which make it pretty hard to resist. Dark red cherry, espresso, grilled herbs, French oak and menthol caress the palate. All the elements have come together beautifully in this overt, flamboyant yet midweight Pomerol. Silky tannins add to the wine's early and medium-term appeal. Another year or two in bottle should help the oak integrate a bit further, but this will always be in a forward, giving style. Tasted two times. Drink 2020-2034.'
