The basis is pinot blanc, which appropriately dilutes muscat and gewurz intensity to make the wine more refreshing and quaffable. Pinot gris is a minor player and might account for some of the viscosity. Or maybe that’s silvaner speaking. Light sachet on the aftertaste. 90/100. |
