ANN ARBOR WINE CLUB MEMBERSHIP FORM
Please enroll me as a member of ANN ARBOR WINE CLUB
for this calendar year.

Dues are $15.00 per year for postal delivery and are pro-rated on the basis of 6 mailings per year (January, March, May, July, September, November). In other words, take off $2.50 for each mailing period that has already passed. If you opt for EMAIL delivery, dues are $9.00 per year and are pro-rated down $1.50 per period. If you are joining before the Order Deadline but after the newsletter has been mailed, pick up a copy of the newsletter at Village Corner and you may place an order.

PLEASE NOTE: If you join Tasters Guild, AAWC is a FREE membership benefit at no additional charge
and you do not need to fill out this form. Tasters Guild membership information is available at Village Corner or on this website at 

We'll put your name on our Village Corner Wine Sale Booklet and Ann Arbor Wine Club newsletter mailing lists
Include your email address and occasionally we'll send you short messages alerting you to Clubs news and new postings to the website. Your address will not appear on messages for others to read. We keep all email and postal mailing lists private.
